Jo Robertson
Jo has been practising yoga for twenty years, originally learning
Hatha Yoga. She discovered Iyengar Yoga thirteen years ago and
found that the clarity and the precision of the physical alignment
allowed her to practise at a deeper and more centred level.
In 2004 she gained her Junior Intermediate Teaching Certificate. Jo
is currently studying for her Senior Teaching Certificate.
Alice Seferiades
Alice was first drawn to yoga in 1992, due to her asthma. She found
both the physical and meditative aspects of asana practice, challenging
and rewarding. Practicing yoga was also fundamental to her recovery
from a serious back injury.
She is now a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Introductory Level in
2002)
and enjoys teaching 2 regular classes a week. She combines this with
a part-time fundraising job and is a counsellor in primary care.
Lucy Osman
Lucy started teaching in 2003 and has been practising yoga since 1996.
She is a qualified Introductory Level Iyengar teacher and studied
for her teaching qualification at the Maida Vale Institute. She is
currently training
for her Junior Intermediate Certificate.
Lucy has also studied with the Iyengars at the Institute in Pune, India. |
