Yoga is an excellent way to develop a balance of strength and flexibility, increasing stamina, concentration and co-ordination. The Iyengar yoga encourages precision in the postures (asanas) which develops an understanding and awareness of posture alignment and safety.

The practice of the asanas and breathing brings a balanced state of mind, enhanced energy and a feeling of lightness and well being.
